Not river rocks but Mt Stromlo has some excellent high grip rocks around the back if you are willing to ride or walk in. The steeper mtb trails like Blacksnake make great scale trails | |

I'm a north sider not much over here. Its a shame the whole scene seems dead in canberra there's a face book group but its not particularly active

Yep, the crawler scene is dead here. The lack of places to go probably plays its part. Someone needs to build a good course in their yard or something. I've personally been to many of the CBR nature parks - there are some good spots about. I been chased off Mt Majura though by the Friends of Mt Maj. There are some good sites there with access off the Fed Hwy. |

Ile have to check mount majura out if i get acosted by that greens group they will be told! I'm going for a run after work Friday in the bush up behind aranda for a look It might be a goer if there's bugger all there will be good just to go for a walk and drink A few tins |
