Exclamation MN models problems and solutions?

I know this is kinda stupid but can anyone tell me why my MN 99S is performing worse than my MN99 classic model d90. I opened them both up and and the the MN99 classic model d90 has a blue cap on one end of the motor, however the MN99S has a black cap. does this mean anything?

I have zero experience with those models but you will need to be a bit more descriptive. Is this a wheelspeed thing, a center of gravity thing, a steering issue?

All I can tell is you may have different motors in each, this might provide more torque for one of these.
