hey all this is my first crawler and i think i have a decent set up novak rooster crawl combo team associated 173 oz servo 2/3 cell pack 1400 mah losi rock claws 7 oz in each front 3 oz in each rear |

looks like u did the stage 2 also....are those rear springs the softer of the 2?

yeh rears are a bit softer the stage 2 is another home brew but yeh...pretty much the followed the directions all links are stock except the bent links i de anoed all of them and cut the old lower links to 70 mill since nobody has the 70s in stock forum member justgoingslow actually did the cutting and tapping of my old lowers for me |

doesnt the stage 2 directions say to put the softer springs up front? or was that just presonal preference..

looks pretty, just need to lower the body way to high. wheelspeed his front springs are softer than the rears. losi whites up front and yellow on the rear. |

shrek is right...i just lost my mind a bit body is a bit high ...but i didnt want to chop it up as much as most ppl have to for it to clear the wheels its really not that high..i just looks high cause i moved the body mounts the top of the body is actually about 3/4 of an inch lower then the stock body that i had on it with the original mounting locations |

well..ran the rig yesterday with justgoingslow and shrek and took some advice from them and made some changes lowered and cut body ...also moved the mounting points to the top of the truck took spacers out of the shocks in all corners except the rear left to counter some of the torque stear...also added fuel tubing to the outside of the shocks to limit the articulation a bit |
