| Official BlueTorch "Edge" coming soon!!!
Some of you may know or have heard of Dan the founder and man behind Blue Torch Fabworks. If not you can check out his stuff here http://www.bluetorchfab.com/store/ I have known Dan for several years and he is coming back to the Birmingham, Alabama area soon. SO we decieded that he will need something to crawl with other than his trick 1:1 rigs. We will have a comp area at his new shop in the future. Look what came in the mail today! Huge thanks to Kevin at The Crawler Store!!! I orderd this stuff Sunday morning and it just arrived. I figured if I was going to build Dan a Edge then I would need one too. Time to start building... |

Tell Dan...don't come out west to RC Crawl...there's a little girl out here that makes guys like us look bad! :p I'm stoked Dan'll have an RC...hopefully I can make it back to Birmingham and bring my Scorpion to play! And FYI, BlueTorch is where we had our 1:1 Red Bull RockHer II built. They build some of the wildest rigs and parts in the country. |

Maybe he will build you a Fusion in exchange... seems fair, right? I've been looking at his axle trusses for my Jeep/Ranger project. Love his stuff. |

It wasn't Dan's build but it was a copy of a Fusion chassis. A very good one too. But yes he has been a member on here for several years. | |

Got a little more work done. Axles completely ready. And the R2D trans fits perfectly in the stock skid. I assembled the shock using the internal spring that came with the Edge hardware kit. I use the stock rubber shock spacer on top of the piston (under the cap) to set the ride height. If I don't go out of town tomorrow it will be finished this weekend.
