I have the RCP knuckles,clockable axle C,straight axle kit and there
stainless steel straight axle kit and they all work great.Don't no if
they are the best but I have had no problems

Delrin is not a metal it is a plastic I believe. I just drilled mine out then ran the screw in. Make sure you use the right size drill bit.

Correct, Delrin is a plastic. I went to the local hobby shop here and bought a 3mm bit/tap kit for $8.00. Hopefully this helps. Good luck.
