what package?

I'm taking the plunge finally. I am going to order a Axial from CKRC but not sure about what package to pick up. I am really bad about dumping loads of cash into my rc projects so I am contemplating what package to get. I am not a huge fan of having everything aluminum due to weight and what not. I have a radio(dx-7) and servos up the ying yang so I don't need a ready to run kit. I am eying this package. http://www.ckrccrawlers.com/shop/ind...roducts_id=299
Is this a good deal or can I do better elsewhere?

not much of a savings over piecing things together yourself. convenient I guess if you are looking for that type of setup.

Thats what I was kind of thinking. I might just get the regular setup and fix it when it breaks. lol. I do love to tinker after all.

Personally I'd buy the regular kit from them for 219 and build it up from there... but if you're not afraid of spending the money go for it. It's not a huge savings over piecing it together a little at a time. Just my opinion. The prices are good either way you decide.

i would totally get it. in my opinion those are the bare minimum upgrades. i would highly recomend their rear lockouts. also knukles. just my thoughts..."thumbsup"

also, jake is pretty cool about customizing your package. you could add or remove whatever you want for the most part.
