WOW that is green! Looks really good, I especially like the small panel you made for the rear that is a great touch. Yes, black zip ties! |

What springs are you running in your shocks? and how does it handle with that setup if you have driven it yet?

i'm running the edge hardware kit springs on top of the pistons with the oil that came with the axial kit. i've only run it in the house for a few minutes and i get a lot of body roll from steering and a lot of torque twist. i'll try a thicker oil. i've always like a slightly wider stance in all my rigs. the wideners i got have two different widths to choose from. i went with the less wide ones. i would have used black or even green zip ties but the hardware store up the street didn't have any. i wanted to do something with the back. i didn't want to leave it open. i really wanted to try to match the axial green components as best as i could. thanks for the comments...

Your getting all that roll cause its designed to be a full droop truck. Try that first, I think you will like it.

The clearance is ok but the performance will suffer, a lower riding rig with a good COG will perform much better.

i couldn't tell you my opionion on the moabs yet. there is way too much snow here in new hampshire to even get to any of the crawling spots. i do believe the compound of the axial tires are a lot softer though. i'll have to try them both out come spring.
