It's a simple part to make. I'm going to pick up some steel roundbar of the appropriate size, then have the machinest at work cut the slots in it and cut it to length on a mill. I do have a question, so I don't have to tear one apart to check - is there any end-play of the spool inside the carrier (should the spool be wider at all), or does it completely fill the available space? |
