whats up everyone, im byron and i just ordered my scorpion today. i am new to the rc world and i was wondering what kind of upgrades i should look into when i get my crawler up and running. i have heard nothing but good things about the scorpion, hence the reason i ordered one. the one thing i dont really like is the body and was wondering where i could find another one. thanks!

I would start by reading what others are doing...that said, you will find that you might want to upgrade the suspension, maybe some bent links, dig, different tires such as Losi claws or mashers or badlands, wheel weights. You will also need a good steering servo with IMO at least 133OZ, electronics: mamba max, sidewinder, quark, ect. Good thing would be to search and read for a few hours.

pick up the newer rc car action mag too. it's a special on rc crawlers. there are a lot of helpful articles in there for you to read. a lot of 1/10 scale bodies will work although you might have to do a little trimming.

I think one of the best upgrades you can do will be to change out the tires to a softer compound tire like the losi's or the moab m3's. They made the biggest difference on mine.
