So you don't think it's a good deal for someone that isn't forsure if crawling is for them or not. I mean i wouldn't be out much money and i could still build it up later.

I think this thing will turn crawling into, indoor racing....
Anyone has has ever raced knows what i mean!

I like it for the beginners, I am defiantely going to be buying one for the wife. I wonder if it still has massive torque twist though, especially with a 27t. Any thoughts?

If there's one thing kit builders don't understand (myself included), it's the fact that there's quite a few people out there who do not like spinning wrenches.

I know a couple people who are probably going to buy AX10 RTRs. The kit version is totally out of the question for them - they wouldn't even consider it. Axial is doing themselves (and the industry) a favor by going RTR, and I hope it's a best seller for them.

i think its a great idea for someone looking to get into the sport of crawling, i myself just got started, i had to decide between the new rtr and the kit. i was driven off by the plastic links but the main factor was i am a build kind of guy and i wanted to build it piece by piece to my standards.
for someone who is just getting started into rc and is interested in crawling this car would be fantastic and its not out of everyones price range. i think its a great marketing plan
