I actually think it will draw more people into the Rock Crawlers. It is an inexpensive way to get started. I have already spent about $500.00 (including the AX-10 kit) on my AX-10 just to get it going.

Well the fun in a RTR is that you can charge the battery and be out bashing in an hour. Instead of 2-4 hours or longer when you are building a kit. Just my $.02.................. What's wrong with plastic links? |

be prepared for more noobs with more dumb questions..lol.. Honestly I think its good for the hobby that someone finally makes a good rtr crawler. Nylint steers more people away than it brings in I think.

| If you are refering to me as a "NOOB", you should be careful who you call a "NOOB" just because someone doesn't have more post then you on this site doesn't mean they are a "NOOB". And like I said in my question "What is wrong with plastic links?" If they like the truck enough they will upgrade to the aluminum ones. It is just another way for the company to make more money.

Read the info. The truck will need work to it to make it a Crawler. This is just a cool little desert racing truck. Jason, is it just me or are you trying to get some extra site hits on RC Driver forum? |

cool that's where I hoped it would be. I think it is great. I bet HPI releases a RTR WK based crawler soon too.

IMO, the RTR Scorp' is competition (although much more rc) for an out of the box Wheely King:neutral: | |

I will agree with you that the RTR AX-10 is going to be much nicer then a RTR Wheelie King out of the box. I was looking at getting my 6yr old son a WK for his birthday but I have now decided to get him the RTR AX-10 instead. And I might have to pick one up for my 14yr old so he doesn't feel left out. LMAO |
