Default steering

ive just built my ax10 and ive only got the front steering set up at the moment. The truck seems to have a rather large turning circle for a truck ment for rock crawling and compared to other types of models that I have with a simular wheel base.I havent ran it on the rocks yet.my question is is this because the diffs are locked or have got another problem/ the servo seems to be functioning correctly

if you want an insanely sharper turning radius for technical rock crawling, then you need front dig. take ten minutes searching you tube to get an idea how it performs. the r2d is a popular tranny with dig already setup for you. if you would like to find more info, there are tons of posts on how to make your own homemade versions on the forum. use your search skills
