That was the plan, but the upper stays have been a headache. Long story short, I won't be able to complete it before Sat. Nice pics of the course BTW.

Default Update

The Midewest Challenge was hell on my AX-10. Course 3 claimed 2 rod ends, driveshaft, and HR metal shock. After fixing, course 1 claimed my rear locker after gate 1.

I have changed chassis'. Here is the Axial GC-1.

The build was very straight forward. I used stock axial shocks in front with Losi white springs. In back are HR shocks with Losi yellow springs. I spaced them with misc. Axial spacers to bring them away from the chassis. This chassis is very narrow.

The driveshafts were too short so I used male shafts on both sides with a female and some fuel tubing in the middle.

With the new axle plates, my split pack would not longer fit on the front axle. I moved it out back and it seems to be working okay. The last thing to do is figure out where to mount the body posts.

Thanks for looking.

looks good with the matching wheels and body. as far as the body mounts go, most of us have been using the stock tlt body mounts. they line up perfect with the two holes by the shock mounts.

looks like it is time to invest in a lipo and mount it right behind the servo

Thanks Yukon...I will look for some of those body mounts. As far a lipo, I need a few other things first. Stronger servo and 3 channel radio being 2 tops on my list.
