I was lucky enough to get to watch Brad do work with his truck this weekend. Here are some photos that I'd like to share of the truck.
BTW, super 300s rock, AWCCQ4 was my first time running them, and they TURN!

My truck alongside Brad's

3 AMAZING drivers watching the Icon

hey Brad I have a few questions on how you feel it is best to mount your electronics.. I am not using your chassis but all seem to have very little room. Where do you put everyhting? I notice you kinda have it all over... I see the servo and battery on the front which is a given, but what about RX, ESC, BEC? Is it good to have it all in the front? on a lexan plate or what? This is my biggest problem right now.

Thanks

I just zip tied my receiver to the outside of the chassis plates, esc is on the front upper links. I'm not running a BEC right now. It's not real pretty, but it works.

Got the ring gear machined out for the new bigger shafts. Chucked up the ring gear in our lathe and bored it out with a 1/4" carbide end mill.

Pretty much. One of my inner shafts was just a hair too long, but I believe they have already corrected that issue. I just shaved a little off the end with a belt sander to fix mine.

Next question, what do you like for a motor turn? And gearing? Probly depends on the course but generally what do you run? Thanks

Have you had any problems with the bearing slipping in the plastic axle? Some guy use red lock tight. Are you going to remove the turn stops?
