Default my first crawler :-D

picked this up yesterday built it up and put in some electronics (waiting on my 70t motor to get here)
i just got into crawling
i was a drifter before (as u can see under my rig my 2 drifters a pro 4 and cyclone s)
i cant wait to get it going

First thing you will want to do is get that battery mounted lower in the chassis to bring the center of gravity down, That will help tremendously.

i was playing with the linkage holes cant seem to get it lower
im probly gonna put some restricters inside the shocks

That works, but I am saying just lower the battery as in mounting it on the lower links or something like that. They make the split 2/3rds size cells that go on the sides of the front servo, that helps a bunch in terms of lowering the center of gravity.

i know im gonna pick up some of the 2/3 batts and make a few packs this week

yeah they get pretty tedious. I just put a bit in my drill set it on the lightest slipper setting and did it that way, didn't strip any and it went a hell of alot faster. I run Wheely King axles and just ordered a set of axials b/c i thought that the WK axles were to wide, but man crawling is addictive. Have fun.

found some springs from my old evader and mt2
took oil out of shocks kept a littple puddle on bottem of shock to keep things lubracated
got it about an inch lower

took it out on its first run today
i put in a 27t motor (lol) turned my throttle epa down to 25 and its just rolls over rocks
cant wait for my 70t motor to get here
im gonna try and get a little video of it crawling today
