finally got my crawler!
its awesome ,love it.

ax-10 scorpion
rubicon body
87sp 14p
stock 540 silver can
tazer 15t esc
thunder power lipo2c
tcs internal springs soft and med ,35wt oil
hot racing knuckles and c
hot racing 3 link frnt,tcs boomerang 4 link rear
rockcrushers,lizards,and mashers oh my!
jr xrpro 3 fm synth
4 oz in frnt tires each,3 in back
i know the tazer is a cheap sob but im really suprised
how well it does. fwrd rev,and brake. the rev has delay
before going back to fwd.not bad for 30 bucks.
its just there till i get a mamba max and brshless motor.

Looking good.
Though the torque lean would drive me crazy, I'd be doing something to stop that. Move the shocks out wider or go back to (soft?) springs outside the shocks.

yes the LEAN is annoying but its tolerable
it climbs so well tho.
thanks for compliments.
driveshaft rings to keep the drv shafts from popn off

Looks good! I love the Rubicon body! Nice rock crushers too, I have a set but I put them on my New Brite FJ. Torque twist is bad in these things! I ordered new servo plates to mount the upper links to and I'm going to triangulate the lower links with a custom cutting board.

Truck looks great!! Do you find that the COG is kinda high with everything mounted on the top of the battery plate like that?

Nice rig were putting that same body on my buddies ax-10 but we cut out the windows and cut the top off leaving the roll bar should finish the mount tomorrow. Also glad to see I'm not the only one with mad tq lean LOL

yeah the gansta lean is baaad.
it pretty much has to be
on its side to roll and standing straight up to flip over
im happy with it... for now. im going to my first comp 2mrw
so well see how she does.
got an xtra set of shocks setup to droop specs
gonna swap em in an see how they do will post up my findings.

well ive bought an edge chassis and made a low belly dragger.
still got my stock chassis and now have 2. ta bash!

lipo 2s venom 1250 over 45mins!

losi rock claws
total weight of assm.wheel is 9oz
total weight of veh. 6.4 lbs

heres my other ax 10
mamba max/5700 brushless mtr
rc 4wd 2.1/4.1 reduction units running 2.1 now
4.1 is super low!!
2s lipo 1550 maxamps (you guys rock!)
modified the radio plate to be as far forward as possible.
3oz zip tied to frnt axle
alum gears in tranny w/ lucas gear oil say
what you will but try it and youll never use anything else again.
you dont hear any gear noise.
punisher rear shaft
frnt driveshaft rings
tcs 4 link boomerang
rc4wd straightaxle ad
bent links
ht alum skid plate
ht alumknucks/c
ht 3link/ uppers
axial alum shocks w/ 35 wt
tcs internal springs soft frnt/med rear
normal setup.
axial rockstarsw/rockcrushers 12 oz-junfac mudrocks w/rock lizards 15oz
total weight is 6.8 lbs

ur edge looks great! would the maxamps lipo fit w/out any issues on your front servo or would it be too tight?

you mean on top yes,on the side no its too long.
i have mine velcrod to frnt 3 link,keeps wght up fnt and down low.

well havin no job sucks, but it gives me loads of free time,
and i came up with this lil chassis tuber.
made out of alum. drilld and tapd. uses stock ax-10 chassis
took me @ 2hrs to make. simple design. if anyone would like to me make another ,hit my pm.
