no its not a direct replacement for the axial chassis. the lower links will need to be shortened about 9/16" as stated a few posts up., the uppers should work ive seen quite a few guys using them with no problems. as for shocks, your stock axial shocks WILL NOT WORK... you need much shorter shocks. such as 1/10th buggy fronts like these: http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LX2585&P=7 or stampede fronts like these: http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXJK79&P=Z or revo shocks like these: http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXHFZ9&P=7...

shocks need to be 3 1/4" to 3 1/2" extended. any more than that and youll get bad axle steer when articulating.

Revo shocks will be very slow reacting.

If you use Revo shocks you will want to use Jato .7 springs and those are pretty heavy. You'll also want to change to Jato pistons. Stock is 30wt.

Personally I love the droop on my Black Jack, it runs 25wt front and 35wt rear with #1 piston in front and #2 piston in the rears.
