Default CKRC Aluminum Shocks

I just purchased these shocks to replace the plastic stockers. I searched around, and didn't see a thread on this subject.

On the stock shocks, I did the stopper upgrade by moving the stop from the outside, to inside the shock.

The CKRC shocks don't come with any stop. Do they not need any? or should I take the ones off the stock shocks, and install them inside like the stock shocks?

Also oil. Should they be filled all the way to the top? or somewhere a bit lower? Any difference in performance?

Thanks.

to compensate for the torque twist, fill the left rear shock with thicker shock oil. also, you can use stiffer springs

Ah...good tip. I have 3 spring stiffness. I'll put soft in the front, med in the RR and stock hard on the LR.

So, no need for the bump stops?

you know, you can get some fuel line from your lhs and cut the limiters to however much you like. that way you can tweak your ride height to what you like.
