In the Edge chassis I have I'm running a full spring under the piston, and about half of that spring on top of the piston. It's not for everyone, but I like it. Shock setup pretty much has to be based on what YOU are comfortable with.
Thnx for the info

Thanks to Rogue for the what I think was a good deal on the edge.

Dont laugh at my electronics placement or my 500 zip ties! Found out its hard to find places to put the stuff.

Havent tried it out yet on the rocks but so far around my house I like it. Still trying to get the suspension dialed in too.

On the inside of the side panels and made a place on the rear 3-link.(hint: used a old servo axle mount zipped to the links, use velcro to old the esc down).. how my bros edge is setup

I don't really have a good detailed pic of my setup, but I used the stock battery plate, and cut the length down to fit my esc one one piece and my rx on the other. Then I mounted them basically the same way they are on the stock chassis, only upside down. I even used the stock electonics plate mounts, but had to have screws in both the shock mounts, as well as an extra one to keep them from swinging down. Threw a couple zip ties around the esc and rx too just to make sure they don't fall off the 2 sided tape. The BEC is mounted on one of the side panels. That's with a Sidewinder esc in the front, and the super small sr3100 rx in the rear.

Only pic I've got but you can't tell much from it.

what kind of shocks are people using for their edge tuber? Looks like some guys have turned the stock axial shocks into internal spring shocks? I got the rc4wd 90mm white internal spring shocks and I have about 1/4 inch or less clearance in the front just above the servo. Is that okay?? is there a way i can give it a little lift? and make it more articulate? my shocks are mounted to the top outter set of holes on the edge chassis. should i try mounting the shocks to the middle set of holes?
