Thanks Norm. Scored a 12t Slash motor for the racer from Rubbaneck. I installed one of Axial's upper 3-link plates for the ESC out front. Also received a new 2200mah 3S lipo from MaxAmps. Here's a few pics from the last Slash Bash at the BMX/skate park thanks to Slugz. I'll try and shoot some pics/video when we go back tomorrow night. Last edited by BENDER; 07-29-2008 at 10:10 AM. |

Sick sick sick sick sick!!!! That rig is so badass Fred. I'll bet it flies with the 12T in it. I really want to get mine running but I've got work to do on the crawlers for Nats first. |

Now see this is really cool, because a big red flashing light in the back of my head says low CoG plus flexible suspension and high wheelspeed is gonna make for an awesome Basher/Crawlser crossover |

Good ideas, Bender! I was looking for something to do with my RTR since I got the ARTR and have been modding that one for better crawling. How fast do you think it is with the 24t Pinion? Is Rock Racing going to become an event or is this more for bashing? Maybe Rock Drags on a strip like this...! |

Got a little bit of video mixed in with the Slashes here. The racer is now sporting an Axial War Wagon truck body. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kuhXHe5xu8Y |

About how much do you figure you have tied up money wise on your upgrades? I ask because I may go that route for myself. The RTR will get me going for now and I like working on and improving things over time. |
