Default Introduction and New Build Thread!! Edge, comp setup

Well i'm new to these parts and wanted to introduce myself and my build I am doing. Name's Chad and I am from Southern GA, and hoping to find some people in the area to start crawling with. This is my first Crawler, but I raced RC's professionally for a couple years and part of the design and research team Unlimited Engineering when they developed the Supermax and then later the truggy design. I build hot rods and custom cars for a living so I was not going to build a plain jane crawler, and figured the Scorpion was the best platform. Parts from numerous sponsors were ordered and should start arriving soon, RPP hobbies, Crawler Store, and CKRC to name a few. This will be a comp ready basher mainly, might start doing comps if I can find some close by. Follow along over the next few days as I a do the build up , thanks to all the things I learned on here from the hours of reading.

Ok got the kit and bunch of teh aftermarket parts in last night. Still waiting on my chassis, and batteries. Worked for about 4 hours last night and got teh Create a Cralwer 6 spokes mounted up with Flat Irons and memory foams, and built the suspension and axles with Heavy duty lockers, rear lockout, Aluminum c-hubs and front knuckles. Still got to find some internal springs and redo the shocks in droop setup.
