Default tuber build questions

alright so I want to build a tube frame and I was wondering what kind of tube everyone is using and how do you make the curved bends. I can solder real well assuming these frames are soldered together. was just curious on the curved parts and how to bend them and what type/material/size tubing do you suggest. thanks allot

most people use 3/16 brake line and bend it with a tubing bender. you can not solder steel. i think you have to buy silver solder and use a map gas.

i used brake line and brazed it together with a MAPP gas torch. i think it was 3/16". the links were made from 1/4" aluminum from HomeDept.

if you want to make one try to keep the bends down to one per piece if they are not on the same plane.

MIG or TIG would be the strongest. I'm so out of practice, I doubt I could do 3/16 tubing with MIG. TIG, maybe
