Default Battery recommendations - any one?

I was hoping that some peeps here could give me some recommendations on what battery I should get for my AX10 RTR. I was thinking about an 8.4v but was wondering what everyone else is running. I need a moderately priced battery...with $60 - $65 being the most I can afford right now. Also, what type of connector does the ax-10 have (it's that white plastic connector)?

yep its the white one's easiest I would say an 1800 venom they are cheap and they are decently light weight compared to the rest. I get at least 45 minutes out of an 1800mah 7.2volt on my rtr. but my rtr is far from the original rtr it once was.

Get an 8 cell (9.6v) split cell from TCS. It's decently prices ($24ish) You want the one w/ the tamiya connector, I run it in my RTR and it's a great jump from my previous 7.2v 6 cell.

I've got this one mounted on the front axle of my truck and still get plenty of run time from it!

I run a 2cell lipo 7.4 1250 from common sense. I bought at LHS for about $30. It fits nicely on front axlle servo plate next to servo. I dont have low voltage cutoff so I only run for about 25-30 min then swap out for fresh batt. This has the tamiya plug.

only 1000mAh what kind of run time are you seeing and is that on a stock RTR? I have the Integy 55turn motor that is going in mine.
