Hank got his dig parts in right before the comp so there are no build pix. All we have is after pix.

Hank did have time to work on the steering. I think it is about maxed out.

Side view of Hanks DNA and servo mount.

Rear MIP shaft that I cut and welded for Hank.

Hank did have some body damage at the comp.

Looks like Hanks passenger needs to warn him about the trees before they ruin his fender and bed side.... Good looking Dig I didnt even see that at the comp on Sunday.

I think Hank needs to get out there and get some body damage on the Sykesville Fire dept. Betty brush truck.

I do not think Hank is ready for that. He spent alot of time on the betty body. I do think he liked beating on the Grappler body. With every dent he seemed to smile a little more.

I wanted to add this to Hanks thread.

I was just driving and it broke. There was no big snap or anything.

The stock pin is about 0.058 thick. The closest thing I could find out in the shop was several 1/16 drill bits. The funny thing is that they were all different by 0.001. The smallest 1/16 bit was 0.061. I put the drill bit in my dremel backwards and used the dremel to spin the bit while I held it flat on a new 4" grinder disk. I took the bit down to 0.059 and then cut 2 to length (0.442?).

Broke pin

Cut bit with spare.

Back together

I hope it will hold up. I will let you know if it does not.

Hanks CVD fix has been holding up to the hard core sand of Florida. I will post up some pix in a bit.

Hank went on a family vacation to Florida.

Here is the only rock we could find in Melbourne.

Since we could not find any rocks Hank hit the beach.

The drill bit CVD pin did not hold up as well as I would have liked. Hank broke it doing a high speed dig on concrete. I need to find a better fix.

Hey now! I drive a Jeep Recovery Vehicle and I think Hank and his thread rock! In fact those new Birfields he installed look pretty sweet, Its just a shame he didn't go with the Bobby Longs.... would've prevented the breakage....
