Default BTA Question

I have the Axial rtr racer/crawler Would the BTA steering kit increase steering throw? If not what else would I need with the BTA kit to increase it?

Well the axial kit comes with high clearance knuckles if i remember correctly, so the next thing to really increase steering angle would be some cvd's. You could mod you stock axle cups to get you more throw, but it's not even close to what a cvd can get you.

The high clearance knuckles gives more throw? What do you have to do to the cups? I really like the BTA kit but I really hate the Little bit of steering the crawler has stock.

Check this out:
CVD Fix ? Check it out!
You'll probably want to bevel the cup with a 90* coutersink bit to get the most benefit from the mod.

If you have the RTR with the stock servo and servo saver, you may find you can get more steering just by installing a better servo and losing the saver, install a normal solid servo arm.

Cheers.
