Default chassis and shock combo's

ok i have the flm spv2 chassis with milled lower links.it started as an artr. what i need to know is what shocks will work with this setup without having to modify anything. i have the stock shocks now and have to run 10mm standoffs or else i blow the springs off the retainers under articulation. can anybody help me get this damn thing dialed in?.thanks.

problem is i hate the stock shocks. i've blow the caps off 4-5 times. i'm looking for an all aluminum shock and cap. what are the losi 4in that everyone talks about. i just want a much stronger shock. i cannot spend a bunch of money trying things. i'm just getting frustraited with it. maybe i'll just go back to the stock chassis and be done with it.

The losi crawler shocks are durable . I use them with my SWX chassis. HUGE improvement over stock shocks. Also too much articulation will hurt you more than help. I only get about 50 degrees out of mine. Losi shocks are nice lots of spring rates to choose from and shock pistons also. Good luck Hope it helps..
