Certain Death comp chassis

Well it's finally finished. got all the links in the right places, internal spring put into shock, lenghtened rear driveshaft, and painted my bro's old bug body to my taste.

Specs:
Certain Death chassis (60/40 setup)
Running full droop
stock AX10 scorpion shocks with internal springs, without oil.
3" at end of chassis, 2 1/2" at front of chassis (Belly clearence)
integy 55 motor
Rooster crawler
mirrored tranny
hitex 645mg(will be upgrading)
front and rear four link
Proline hammers (front foams stared, rear left stock)
7oz in each front tire, 3oz in each rear tire
air holes in each rim

Internal springs that I had to choose from. Found at local hardwear store. (Thicker ones are little to stiff)

Great looking chassis, let us know how it works.

you are definetly going to want to run oil in your shocks, it will make your rig much more predictable.

I like the idea of the 60/40 setup and that low-slung bad boy looks very capable. I'll be curious to see a report on how it crawls.

seems to crawl up the house wall almost touching the rear tires before it desides it want to go over backwards. Almost means about within a 1/8".

Have not done any real rock yet(snowing) but for the stuff I make it do in the house it seems like it's quite capable.

i like it, its just crazy enough to be cool. how thick is the delrin on the chassis?

You're going to want steel or delrin links before you do any comps with that belly-dragger. Aluminum sticks to rocks like nothing I have ever seen.

1/4" delrin

I just finished mine 36 hours ago. I must say that it is amazing. It can crawl over things that other crawlers can't even do... the list of things is long... I'm now doing things that I didn't even consider trying before.... I hope to have some video soon but I won't promise cuz I'm so busy with work.

I'll try extra hard to get pictures posted.
