here is a photo of my trans installed. I removed the clear cover on the r2d and moved dig bracket in closer to trans center of gravity is really low. I also replaced stock hardware that holds dig together i used button head bolts from inside trans and sandwiched the dig to the trans. the reason i did this is the dig fell apart on a trail and caused the trans plate to strip.

this truck worked very well with the losi claws but ever since i received the rovers and crawlmaster it just blows the plastic driveshafts right off so i am going to rcp tomorrow to get mip driveshafts then hopefully it will be back in buisness. and the rovers take me up new lines never before possible. the first time out i had too much foam in them and they were working against me but that issue has since been fixed. the r2d trans is geared really low and since fixing the dig seems to be really reliable. the torque from my motor/trans was allowing my wheel hexes to strip so i got the black ones with little nubs on them and they hold on way better.
