Plus it seemed to help with the caster. Beside tyhe bind issue, the uppers seemed like they were too long and clocked the axle more than I would like. Increasing the bend andle of the links cured both problems.
How do you bend the links if I may ask ?
Would shortening the links achieve the same ?

First off, I wanted to increase the bend since I am running my front uppers on top of the link plate to clear my BTA. Simply shortening the links would help with the caster but wouldn't have freed up the bind much.

To bend the links I used a heat gun. I did however bolt the links together (via the rod ends) and bent them at the same time to iensure I got an even bend in the two links. You'll know when you've heated it enough because the memory in the delrin will begin to want to straighten out the rod on its own.

Thanks for the reply.
Once the correct heat range is reached the links want to straighten, so I should bend them to my liking and stick them in a vise until they cool off ?
will that work?

If you want to change the bend, hold one end in a vise, heat until it shines, bend to your desired angle, and remove heat source. Hold at your desired bend for 15-20 seconds after removing heat and it will be cool enough to let it go and hold it's new angle.

Hey, Don, I've just got my SSS today, what should I use to assemble the links? what kind of ball-ends?

and are the white tubes come with the chassis suppose to be cutted by myself in order to fit?

You use the large revo rod ends

The spacers provided you can do whatever you want. I used them to space out the chassis braces to clear the trans.

Later on tonight in my thread i'll post a little info for the newbs to the SSS to check out. some people have differances of how to set theirs up. but with the help of alot of people here I was able to get it somewhat dialed in. I still have some more building to do but it will help alot with the understanding.
