Thank you sir .
I have to update my build I just added to great things to my build I added the new 14mm rotor and a CC BEC. My ESC was running a little too hot for my likeing also and people told me to run a fan but I did'nt want to cause did not want to loose power on something worthless that is not needed.

I firgured once you start adding more better goodies you have distribute your power even so your rig does not suffer, noticed that when I installed 2 High torque servo's one for my DIG and one for my steering.

My suggestion go with a BEC your going to notice a huge diffrence on your whole rig. The BEC that comes built into our ESC is not strong enough to push out what you need, here some pics of the goodies .

Hope this helps will have pics up later of the new set-up.

It's a replace rotor for the motor the stock rotor is like a 8 or 10mm rotor so to have better power and drag brake I swapped the stock one out for the 14mm rotor. By doing that I was able to turn down my drag brake and still have better drag brake than befor and at a lower setting, got more wheel speed and more torque also, plus my esc is running alot cooler also.

If you look on novak website you'll noticed that they swapped out to the new rotor in there new crawler motors, guess they noticed the diffrence also lol.

Anything will work just have to find the fitting for it. It wont be plug and play.
