Default r2dII trans...... I'm about to pull my F****N hair out.

The parts are not machined exactly straight and it wobles I've had this thing together and apart a half a dozen times and it's about to drive me crazy, are these parts machined in china? When you put the output sharfts in a lathe theres a notciable woble. What am i supposed to do? I've tried everything I know. Has anybody else had this problem?.....................Thanks for letting me vent, but I'm about ready to take a sledge hammer to this thing.

I would give these guys a call. There is always a percentage of error when Machining on a large scale.

I picked one up when the enclosed version came out, same issue as you have, I even bought a gear set. Finally got my truck running when I put the stock trany back in. It still wobbles but its in my daughters truck with some mods. The "barrel" was a bit out of square.

See that's what I don't understand how some can be smooth and some have a wobble, it's just frustrating.

The barrel on mine was out of square also, so I took it off and tried a couple different things.......still wobbled.........I think it's the fact that both the output shaft and the dig output shaft are just a lil off. When you put two things that are a lil off, it turns into alot off.
