Cool Piecing together

Hey guys been off for a while and back again now that the snow is gone here... Well Looking to build a new crawler for this year... I got a few different parts and a complete truck but this is what I'm thinking I'm gonna do:

What I need to get
DNA sling shot... Aluminum, SE, or CFX? I'm thinking the AL just for cost but is there any reason I should run an SE or CFX other then weight and BLING!
DNA motor plate
DNA dig
Max amps 2000mah 11.1V Lipo
Debating on what shocks?... I wanna run droop!
Vanquish DH
Vanquish adjustable foams
Mip drive shafts

What I have (steeling off a complete truck)
Axial diffs w/ RCP knuckles and C's, Axial CVD's front, and Axial SA rear
Axial trans
TCS 4 link/servo mount front (still debating on using this)
TCS 4 link boomerang rear
MM esc
CC BEC
JR 8711
HH 7T puller
Multiplex 403

So I have a few questions... I have been reading around and see some nice high steer knuckles... I know my RCP knuckles will out turn my CVD's but the linkages are tough to get them to work right, and still have clearance from the tie rod to the rocks! Been debating BTA or just stay up front? I really want to keep the CG as low as possible and try keeping the servo as low as I can (get rid of the TCS link/servo mount) but sometimes you just gotta make a sacrifice! I'm also thinking of putting my battery on the front so I think I'll end up making my own servo/battery mount and move it back to help align the linkages better! Do the Vanquish high steer knuckles have any sort of ankerman built in? I notice there is some that EGRESSor makes but their pricey... is it worth it? and what steering linkages do guys with these run? I notice my RCP knuckles the outside tire turns sharper then the inside one which is backwards for ankerman! Wondering what knuckles and steering setup you guys would use to get the max out of those CVD's!

Is the delrin or CFX worth the price upgrade from the aluminum SS?

What shocks are most of you guys with this setup using for droop?

So what do you guys think? Anything I'm missing that would make for a great combo? Besides tires! Thanks for all your input and help!

Ok so some recommend revo shocks for droop and some recommend the traxxas big bores... Any one have any GC numbers from either of these shocks in full droop? I also notice a lot of guys use the revo shocks for sprung.... If the same shock is being used for both sprung and droop how much GC can you get from them on a droop setup if most guys get 3" sprung?
