Kris - Wow! Sure looks nice in black.

I've got to check out your steering link setup next time I see you, that is pretty cool. I've messed and messed with that trying to make something work with all the different offset ends, etc. I like that alot. Very smart.

No clearance issues? It's hard to tell but do you get full steering throw with it tucked back?

My only suggestion for you is, you might want to switch the fuel tubing out for the axial rubber dampners. Everytime I've run fuel tubing like that, it eventually pushes over the shock end. The Axial ones are thicker and harder.

I will try that, I may have to cut them in half though, looks like it will raise the rig another 1/4", I'm at 2 9/16" now. seems to be these shock set-ups will be the death of me!!

Can you edit your post with a "Enter" in between each picture link..... That will put them all in a vertical line instead spread accross the screen.

Rig looks good though.

Bring that rig to Hobbytown I'll be opening up tonite 7-9, and of course Saturday 10-3. I see a dig servo, but no dig? Ran out of money for the Hurtz Shifter I guess.

Here's some tech for ya:

For the fuel tubing, just put an extra shock piston (everyone has extras in their kits, or lying around their parts bins) between the tubing and the rod end on the shock shaft. It's small enough to not get in the way of anything, but big enough to prevent the tubing from popping over the rod end.

I did it this way because I liked the softer fuel tubing to act more like a hard spring on the end of downtravel. The hard rubber stopper would really act as a limiter only.

That's a great idea. I've tried washers...but they will push over those as well. A shock piston would be perfect.
