I got a set of TCS 4 link plates for Father's Day, and I just installed them. I noticed that with the stock Axial upper links, the axles are clocked alot. This is not a problem for the rear, but on the front my steering link is really low. I moved the upper links back on the chassis, but that caused the back to sit higher than the front. What does everyone else do? Thanks, Jared

The last picture show the truck with the rear higher than the front. The other 2 pictures show the holes I have the upper links mounted in.

Some of the differnce in height is due to the bent lower links. You can move the rear upper link fowardto level it out a little. The Axial kits tend to sit lower in the front anyway. Your best bet is to invest in a goot comp chassis like the DNA SS, Gatekeeper GC2 or others so that you will have more adjustability.

I did move the rear upper link forward, but it put the rear driveshaft really low.

The links look about as good as ya gonna get with the stock chassis (without drilling new holes/changing links) and the drivelines are about right too. If your caster is off make sure the Cs aren't on backwards. If the steering roods are hitting too much (normal stock steering) ya can raise them up with some spacers or better yet some hi-steer knuckles. Ya do need to lower it down some and level it out. The easiest way is to put spacers inside the shocks to limit the down travel. Nice job so far.

Okay, thanks for all the help. I think that I will run it like it is for a while, and then... who know's maybe a new chassis.

Can I use the stock shock limiter spacers inside the shocks, or is there another way?
