I wouldnt think a 1.9 tire would fit a 2.2 Wheel. From what I understand you're in need of the tallest......2.2 not a 1.9. I run Pro-line chisels on my rig. They do pretty good but the ground clearance is great.
Here's a link, you can buy them just about any where online. Look at one of the vendors websites.

Good read:
2.2 Comp Tire Reviews
or
**ULTIMATE TIRE SIZE LISTING**

Some of the largest, sticky tires posted are Rover (white dot) or RC4WD X-locs.

You can buy tires for E/T maxx's that are +/-6", then cut and glue 2.2 sidewalls on.

If you have the wallet for it, here are Xtreme hobby's modified 2.2 tires.

1.9 tires are a whole different animal than 2.2. Apples and oranges. 1.9's CANT be put onto 2.2 wheels and be useable in any way. If you want you can cut a pie slice out of 2.2 tires and reglue them and use them on 1.9s. As for the tallest 2.2 tires? Without going custom your best bet is either HPI rovers or Proline chisels.
