Yotachump's CDW "RESOLUTION" build Well with some old parts I had laying around I decided to build a new truck:) Axles and tranny are built. Tranny has 6mm chromo outputs with 81/18 gearing powered by a HH 35T on 3s:lol: http://i174.photobucket.com/albums/w...Y/Axial002.jpg New AX10 "RESOLUTION" chassis I will be using:-P http://i174.photobucket.com/albums/w...alchassis4.jpg http://i174.photobucket.com/albums/w...chassis001.jpg Ill be using my Berg links for this also. http://i174.photobucket.com/albums/w...S/links002.jpg |
Those are some beefy links. I can't wait for the build up...i like the chassis design...how wide are you planning to go with it? |

Thanks The skid will be 2.150 wide. |
Put it together a little, but ran out of rod ends. http://i174.photobucket.com/albums/w...Axial002-1.jpg http://i174.photobucket.com/albums/w...Y/Axial005.jpg http://i174.photobucket.com/albums/w...Y/Axial003.jpg |
Looks GREAT Anthony! I have been on the lookout for a chassis for my sportsman... |
That will never work! :flipoff: Love it. I want to build a sportsman rig, but need to finish my scaler first. |

Finally got a chance to work on this thing. This is what I got done this morning. Ill be working on the BTA steering tomorrow. Sorry for the crappy pics. http://i174.photobucket.com/albums/w...H%20MY/001.jpg http://i174.photobucket.com/albums/w...H%20MY/003.jpg |
I hope you are going to replace those rear upper links with some one piece units. Looks good though. Nice and simple. |

Interested in seeing what the BTA will look like. Is that the same servo plate you offered with the 1.0 chassis? |

Yeah, its what I had laying around. I was to lazy to make a new plate:) |

2 piece uppers work fine. I run 2 piece uppers (2 stock Axial uppers bolted together) on my Berg with no issues. I ran the 18/81 gear ratio for a while. It's fun."thumbsup" Makes for a decent rock racer. Still has a decent bottom end to crawl with and a little extra zip to get to the next obstacle with. That ratio works awesome with a Cobalt Puller."thumbsup" |
Damn it. I have a set of axles laying around that would love that chassis8) Looks great Anthony"thumbsup" |
buy one :shock:.......its a shafty:shock::twisted: Quote:

BTA done. In the pics it looks like the drag link is hitting the shocks, but its not. "thumbsup" http://i174.photobucket.com/albums/w...Y/Axial001.jpg Also decided to turn my tranny around so that its facing forward. http://i174.photobucket.com/albums/w...Axial002-2.jpg |
