Mine didn't show yet, the order I placed after I got my confirmation did though. Hope to get em Monday, I've started moving things around to see how much steering I can get already.

Do you have the stock ring or one of the heavy duty's romulus22?

HD gears. i had to dremel the ring gear. drill wasn't even phasing it. and honestly i didn't notice them turning much more than the axials. i think the biggest difference was they are smoother when they are turned full lock.

What grease are you guys packing them with, I was gonna use Lucas Red&Tacky since that's what I use on everything else. I do have some MIP CVD grease if it's any better though. Are you taking them apart to rub some grease on the barrel or just packing it in? Hopefully just packing it in cause the ring that holds the pin won't budge on one of my shafts.

Mine showed Saturday but I waited for my Vanquish zero ackerman knuckles to arrive before installing them. The knuckles showed up today so I installed everything this evening. Took about an hour and a half total and wasn't difficult. I used a drill press to drill out the ring gear and hexes.

Prior to installing them I noticed that one of the CVD's had a tight spot at full flex and would actually stick in that position. I didn't take much pressure to release it so I figure it'll break in. I'm not getting any more steering than I was with my ground down cup setup but I'm guessing I won't break any more hubs now. I broke two in an hour before. Mine lugs a little at full flex but it's not severe and I'm confident a little run time will cure it.

I'm surprised no one is posting pics of their new axles. I'll be seeing mine soon enough, but I'm sure others are curious to see at least what the lockers look like, as well as what shape the end of the axle is.

Any plans for a straight axle & locker for rear AX10 axles, also compatible with the various lockout designs already out there?

Thanks for the pics! Looks like a berg style end. Is the locker like a short cylinder? (like a hockey puck)

Thanks for posting the pics. I was kind of wondering why in the TCS pics that the shafts appeared to be 2 different lengths......

They look like berg shafts in the TCS pics, the short side looks too short for these. Maybe they will update the pics later.

What kind of dremel bit did you use? I've been working on mine for three hours now, all I got is 6 dremel bits without any teeth left and a shiny spot inside the gear. Files don't seem to be any better, I've even chucked the files in a drill and ran the gear up and down it. I did open up the stock gear in about 30 seconds with the file in the drill method though. Guess I'll just run the stock gear until I figure out how to open up the HD version.
