So you are planning to run semi droop? What shocks are you going to use?

TCS & RCP make some internal droop springs. The TCS one''sare prtty long though, and a little on the stiffer side.

As far an external spring, most people tend to run the softest available up front, and either the softest or next stiffness up in the rear. Problem is gonna be finding a right combination of spring rates to counteract the internal spring. Too soft won't rebound the shock enough (and you'll need a ton of preload to get your ride height) too stiff and it'll overpower the internal spring and become bouncy and limit articulation.

All that being said, it's pretty much trial and error.

If I were you (noob) i would start out with a simpler setup. As in full sprung or full droop.

I got stock Venom Creeper springs in and out of my stock Axial shocks.
70wt oil
Large + MED spacer in the rears
Stock Axial internal rubber bumper on the shafts to limit travel... and it still flexes more than a Coke can tall.
