Default "Best" Slipper for my sons AX-10?

I want to put a slipper clutch on the boys rig. Mostly to provide a little insurance from "abuse". Some times he does not let off of the throttle in a bind.

The factory drive shafts did not last long and I upgraded him to the traxxis mod, but I want a little more protection.

Should I go with the factory kit?

Or one of the "better looking" ones like this two disc model?

I like this one because it includes an aluminum spur gear.

Or something else?

Possibly this one?
Easy Axial slipper clutch

No competitions, just beating around the house. 6 cell battery and a higher than stock pinion gear for a little more ground speed. Currently the spur gear is stock plastic.

Thanks

Factory would be my preference, and it's a buck cheaper from one of our vendors on RCC.

I've not had a problem with plastic spur gears on my Axials. Metal is overkill really.

Some people have their reserves about the mod I did on my truck but I have been running this setup on my truck for close to 6 months and I am still on the original spur gear and the slipper holds as loose or as tight as you want. So far it has held up to several outrunner setups and an 18.5 goat brushless system. Also you will always be able to find replacement parts.

Slash type slipper mod!
