Default My ax10 rock racer

So i just recently got into crawling and am officially hooked. I picked up a rtr (rock racer) on ebay for under 200 dollars. With the help of some friends it has now been belly tucked, shocks have been moved to allow less binding, a 55 turn hpi motor has been added along with a 14 tooth pinion gear, the front axel has been locked.

Took it crawling in saint albans city park on the 30th and was impressed with how it performed but not satisfied. Took it home and tore it back down.

All electronics have been waterproofed with plasti-dip inside and out, the foams have been cut and the rock lizzard tires have been replaced with panthers. The transmission has been mirrored, the Wheels have been weighted with 6oz's of lead in each front, 3oz's in each rear and the front springs have been changed to super soft.

Will have pics up soon

probably not. Our group leans more toward scale appearance and trail crawling. Alot of creek beds and hill sides.

Added traxxas xl5 speed controller and new traxxas 2075 steering servo this week. Added red alum. Integgy steering links also. Purchased the new pro line 4 door rubicon body. Gonna paint it white with black bumpers, top and fender flares.
