Do they make heavy duty ring and pinion sets in stock ratio? Like the over and under sets with the pinion and shaft made together.

You should take a look at 3racings HD helical cut gears. I've got a set in the back of my truck, I haven't managed to break them yet and they're nice and quiet like O.D. U.D. gears.
