My sons RTR came with a locker in the rear, open diff in the front. But it came with a second locker in the box, so no biggie.

the r2r comes with 27t motor, tx/rx and servo open front locked rear, plastic links all around and shitty tires

the artr you will need to add all your own electronics, locked f/r with semi decent tires and aluminum links

Have you looked at the RTC?

The green box's mean it comes with it.
I got the RTR -I wish the RTC. The RTC came out after I got my RTR.
RTC comes with better tires and a 55t motor.

Nope, same axles. Just as Duuuuuuuuuuuude said the RTR comes with a open diff in the front and a optional locker for it. The SCX-10 axles are the same too.

I'm pretty sure the ARTR comes with The Iron cross lockers and the RTR has the Alum ones... So the ARTR axles are better in that respect.

Both came with the good lockers. I bought an extra when I bought the truck and didn't need it.
