| ax 10 nothing special
Here is my ax10 RTC, Mods: HB Rovers white dot with original foams moved electronics to the back axle mirrored the tranny painted the wheels black trimmed the body a little 20t pinion gear 4oz in front wheels 2oz in back MIP drive lines(after i broke a stock one) Vp shock mount razors in back LD bta East End Machining skid plate STRC 4 link plate in rear STRC knuckles Axial color pack any ideas/comments are welcome Last edited by nathand; 09-09-2010 at 12:15 AM. i'm diggin the battery. i would cut your skid plate and move your links inside the chassis until you get that new skid plate.

if your not using your top battery plate then i would loose it. |

| Just set it up like mine.
There are a bunch of direct bolt on tuber chassis out there like this TCS Edge. A battery plate over the front axle is a MUST have to move the weight over the front. |

ya i have seen most of them. i like the way proline's is a little longer in the front covering the servo. i hate seeing the servo.

| I comp'd with one
Every one was giving me sh#t but I comp'd with a pro line tuber chassis for a while and if you run droop suspension on it ,it does pretty good. Just cut off the lower part of the front cage so you can run your batt's on the front axal.

i think im leaning more towards a rock racer. so i probly wont be running droop, does tuber raise the cog alot?

Looks good, When I was gettin started - after the basic upgrades - it was reccomended to me to get an aftermarket chassis. I picked up a fastback and love it. So thats my $0.02 - next get a chassis with more options than the stocker. |
