Exclamation Super Heavy Duty Rear Axles

Hey guys

Does anyone know of any Super Strong rear axles for AX10 axles. Stronger than stainless. Something like Chromoly or hardened steel like Egressors Felsenfest front CVD's, but straight axle?
I've been using these http://www.tcscrawlers.com/RC4WD-Axi...7-p-16637.html
for a while but I am constantly bending them back.

Anything stronger?

The Axial one's are stronger than the stainless straights. I was bending mine back every other battery pack or so until I just bought the Axial straights. Haven't touched them in over a year, still no bends.

Been running the stock Axial straights that came in my ARTR for over a year without issue, one of the only things I haven't broke or worn out.

I'm still running stock front and rear. Even with the plastic straight adapters in the rear I have yet to bend or break anything.

I pulled the axles and lockouts from my Honcho and installed them for the HTU comp tomorrow night.

Don't know why I never thought of those axles before. Way back when I purchased my first scorpion kit, I just knew I had to get rid of those rear knuckles and links because they would pop off in a tumble. So I just looked for the most heavy duty axles I could find and bought spares.
Never thought of the axial straights even though they were listed as an option. Duuuuhhh

Thanks again guys

No kidding. I'm gonna guess the only stock parts in your entire drivetrain were those shafts and the housings, but what were you running for motor and battery?

DNA SS, DNA HD dig, DNA thrashers with no extra weight in the rear and two strips of Mr Gaskets up front per wheel. Holmes TM esc, Holmes 40T Epic handwound, 30C 3S for power.

It was an uphill, kind of off camber crawl that I've made a few times. I thought the dig was slipping again, and after I tried to gas it, the clicking began and three wheel drive took hold. The wheel did move a 10-ish pound rock first, and found a hole. I expected it to flip over backwards, or fall off all together. Plastic axial lockouts, and I've been running these things for a while now, going on years.
