Nice start. First thing I noticed was the Bulla Ice cream in the background and thought they don't have that in the US

Keep us posted with the progress.

From what i understand Juan has sold 3 of these chassis to Australia although there could be more by now.

Not sure still waiting on the shocks and have to pay for my daughters Debutante Ball in a couple of weeks so it might be a month or 2 away.

I bent some square Delrin using a propane torch (not really recommended) but it did the trick I think he may have used a heat gun with a "fan tip" or a blow dryer

I have been using the microwave, it works supprisingly well, and I put the bend in it and put it in the fridge to harden it up quickly, works very well.

So how long in the microwave? Are we talking a hotdog... some popcorn....or a frozen burrito?

I just used a cigarette lighter, it's not the best looking bend but there not the final ones anyway. Once i get it sorted out and tuned then i'll make some nice ones.

I like the microwave idea, i will have to give that a try.

I put em in for about 1-1.5 min. depending on how soft you like it, I like doing it that way because the link is heated evenly, and I can usually get a burrito done at the same time

The Losi shocks finally turned up, i'm starting off with a 500wt oil and the white springs. I am going to be making some new front top links as the shocks press on them under full flex.
