it has hitec servo traxxas radio ...soon to be a dx6i..im adding a tube chassis..2..3s lipos mayhem phatty rims plus stockers brushless ez run 32t

Next u should 4-link it, get new tires and then lower it.

what i was thinking of doing is getting a tube chassis...or turn it into a scale 2.2 trail / crawler im gonna sell of the mayhem rims

How is your motor working out... is it the crawler version??? I have a crawler version and it seems to stall very easy.

this is in the process of being shipped to me ...but yes its a 35t crawler edition motor the guy i got it from aid that he used it for comps and it was a perfect motor for that

That is a EZRun Brushless 3650M in the pictures... if it's a crawler edition it's a 32T Hope it works out for you... I had it installed in a LCC and it wasn't enough power...
