Whatever graphic design school you went to, you really should ask for your money back.

Me too, now I get a night of tuning in before Saturday. This will not be much of a "build" thread, the front and rear clips form my FF-4 are intact, the tranny is intact, i will just assemble, take a few photos while the paint on the body panels dries, install the panels and take a couple more shots.

I am hoping for good dusk lighting at the park tomorrow to get some video footage to edit while on the road this weekend comping "thumbsup"

Thanks for the extra stickers Juan, I will put a full one on the hood panel, and cut the road signs out of the rest for side panels and back of the top panel

I had wondered if it would be possible to run the shocks inboard like that...glad to see that it is....any issues there?

No issues at all. I used a set of axial shock mounts as spacers and a piece of 1/4" delrin rod to tie it all together. I moved the electronics to the rear though since I had to inboard the upper front links and make a bit of clearance on the drive shaft side.

It articulates very smooth, climbs the smae 67 degrees on incline that my FF-4 did, and rolls over amazing. "thumbsup" I can't wait to get it out for trial on the rocks after work tomorr... err later today :lmao:

STEEL_CITY_CRAWLER 06-17-2010 06:43 AM

Time to go on a diet, the FF-4 weighed in at 5.82.

Delrin crossbars would help shed some weight, and remove it from up high...The aluminum bars will be ditched for the final product.

Looks good with the panels on though...can't wait to see some good pictures "thumbsup"
