Specs as pictured,

RTR Weight: 4 pounds 5 Ounces

WB 12.25" Static / 12.50" Compressed

Electronics:
Holmes Hobbies 16T 500 Puller
Holmes Hobbies Mini BR ESC
Futaba RX
Align 3S 850mah Lipo
Hitec 7954Sh servo
Castle Creations BEC

Rims, Tires, Foams
C.I. 6 Bolt 1.50" Wide Track rims/wheels
600 SLW Hub
Ottsix Voodoo Gold Tires (stock)
5.5" Double Deuce Comp Cut / Soft / Front
5.5" Double Deuce Comp Cut / Medium / Rear

I have driven two battery packs through it already. On my test lines, the truck has been surprising. It handles some breakovers and climbs like my Double Agent XR10 MOA. It's definitely a impressive start. The truck still needs some tuning and a lot of driving.

The first battery pack had my favorite set of siped, grooved, & clapped Rover on glue on carbon fiber wheels. Amazing.

The second battery pack was the Gold Pins and they need foam tuning. The tire is loose in the front, like a bias ply 1:1 tire. The rear pair feels to firm.

It's just nice to have a 2.2S again. Two years was too long. Once I get this better tuned, I will begin my Y Town Villain build.

This video is a compilation of video footage from many different RC cars Crawler Innovations has built and used to test and develop CI products. This video has the Sczcerba built 8x8 crawler hauler, "Top Shelf", CI "mega truck", 3 Pro 2.2 MOA trucks, 1 Sportsmans truck, "Big Blue", and 1:6 Willis Jeep. All vehicles have Crawler Innovations foams in one flavor or another.

Crawler Innovations reviews (and by review CI means that we show you what the tires do on the rocks, not talk about them) the new RC4WD 2.2 Bully Competition Tire for RC Rock Crawlers of the competition flavor. By referencing "comp" it means that the rc rock crawler is not scale to a 1:1 rock crawler; it means the rc rock crawler vehicle is designed for all out performance within the class rules it competes in.

In this video, Crawler Innovations is using three different trucks, built to USRCCA 2.2 Pro and 2.2 Shafty specifications. Each truck has a build thread linked to it below;

First truck in video is a 2.2 Shafty:

2nd Truck featured is 2.2 Pro, Y Town Crawlers Double Agent XR-10;
http://www.rccrawler.com/forum/axial...gent-xr10.html

3rd Truck featured is 2.2 Pro, Y Town Crawlers Secret Agent XR-10;
--- The Crawler Innovations XR-10 Build --

All of the tires, foams, and wheels used in this video are off the shelf parts and unmodified. Anyone can purchase these parts. There will be a full write on RCCrawler - News, Reviews, Videos and much more! in the tires and wheels section. I'll try to link back to it here once it's posted on RCC. All trucks used Crawler Innovations 6 Bolt Wheels that use Vanquish Products SLW hubs, all trucks used Crawler Innovations Double Deuce Foams in one flavor or another.

Thank you for watching.

It's been a while since an update. This rig is still running strong and received some new upgrades this weekend. New Vanquish Products Brass knuckle weights for VP AR60/wraith aluminum steering knuckles. The outer weight is a custom made, stepped, weight ring that has been cut in half.

After returning home from the National Championship, Big Jeff made me an offer on this truck. After clearing it with my sponsors, Big Jeff is now the new owner. The timing was perfect because the entire truck had been gone through for Nationals. I placed 30th out of 42 drivers in the 2.2S Class at the National Championship. I made three mental mistakes in particular that cost me that day. The truck performed outstanding all day and it is the best performing comp shafty I have built to date. I already have another competition shafty in the works and it will use the same style T1E Shafty chassis but with AR60 axles this time. I will put up a build thread for it in the Ridgecrest section later. Thank you to everyone that followed this build thread and contributed

Almost four years to the day and this rig is back in the CI stable. The only items Big Jeff changed was the deans plug and body. I've already installed a new mini deans power plug, updated the esc firmware, installed an RX and made up a new body for it. It is so much fun drive. It's not too often you get an old truck back that hasn't been heavily modified.

It's 2018 and this truck is still going. Changed out to some broken in HB white rovers on 1" width 6 Bolt Wheels, part no. CWR-5003. The foams are Double Deuce; 5.0 Comp Cut inner with soft outer in front, part no. CWR-1064; the rear pair is 5.0 Comp Cut inner with medium outer, part no. CWR-1065.

Sometime this year .
When and where is another issue entirely. In my heart & mind I would like to have some regional comp crawling event / series. How that happens without a core group is yet to be seen. The ETXRCC club I helped to start, has now become a scale club. I'd also like to focus on a larger area, basically the south, or the same states that the SRRS competes in for 1:1 offroad.

But getting back to reality, I'd be happy with a get together in February in Texas. I know that East Texas can offer:

For those willing to make the drive to East Texas;

Barwell Mountain ORV Park in Gilmer, Texas
This location has plenty of all kinds of terrain for all types of RC's.
Link and directions to Barnwell Mountain:
Barnwell Mountain Recreation Area

Another park in the center of the city of Tyler with lots of rock for comp crawlers, not so much for scalers is:
Children's Park
110 E. Dobbs St.,
Tyler, TX 75701
The Childrens Park - Behold, children are a gift of the Lord. Psalm 127:3

Just throwing this out there, would Saturday Feb 17th at either location interest anyone?

FYI, the ETXRCC club is having there scale comp on Sunday, the 18th, at White Oak City Park with a start time of 9:30AM.

I'm judging the north Texas scale crawlers comp but we're going to have scale shafty and moa. Let me see what I can do possibly the 24 I can probably bring 3 guys with me who have shafty and moa rigs.
