Thanks to Juan at UGC for such a great product. And thanks to DickyT for all the setup and driving advice, lord knows i need it.

update- the white spring i was using for tt has been changed to gold, DickyT suggested my new shock positions and it helps alot. Keep the shocks more upright, not laid down. Thanks Richard
Update: 35T JP Warrior

Update: VP DH Procomps w/3 slugs on front
Vp SLW V1 w/ 1.5oz stick on weight on rear

do you know how steep it can go to, on my fastback i got up to 72 degrees before i started to tip back and i had to back back out.

looks awesome! i like that color of blue on the panels it matches the truck.

Sorry, i dont have anything to measure the incline. I just put the board up-test-tune-put the board steeper etc etc. you know how it goes? 72 deg sounds like a real good number"thumbsup"

Thanks Juan, i really like the wheels too. I get alot of good comments about them. Whenever Richard wants to video, im ready! I know he is a little preoccupied right now with nats coming up. Thanks again for the chassis, im loving the "bodiless" design.

the weight is 12.8 oz fr/ 7.9oz rear. That is tire/wheel/foam complete. Rovers / nova dd foams. When i have to change the panels due to wear, then im getting some skins from Krawler Konceptz. They will still be blue though.Overall weight of the truck is 5.90lbs. (5 lb 14 1/2 oz)

What shocks are you running

I am pretty new at this. I have a bta similar to yours. My shocks are all in the way since I upgraded to VP knuckles. I was wondering what shocks you have. They look like they will solve my problem. The arm on the knuckles is much higher than the axial knuckles so I really don't mind having the steering set up on the front. Just feel like it is a waste of money not using it.

My shocks are Losi 4" comp shocks w/ cap mod. Bta is a big advantage, your approach angle opens up a lot of different lines when crawling. Maybe look at DickyT's build, i think he has vp knuckles. also maybe post a picture of your front setup. It makes it easier to give advice.

had a bent axle, took it apart and found this, i have never broken a rear axle housing.

http://i946.photobucket.com/albums/a...ckbuild057.jpghttp://i946.photobucket.com/albums/a...ckbuild053.jpg

had a spare in my toolbox"thumbsup"
http://i946.photobucket.com/albums/a...build059-1.jpg

replacing axles with STRC S/S axles, alot beefier!!
http://i946.photobucket.com/albums/a...ckbuild056.jpg

added a bearing at the end of the housing for more support. Has anybody ever done this, or am i just wasting a bearing?
http://i946.photobucket.com/albums/a...ckbuild062.jpg

ready to close it up, l love the Rocksmith Eng. Gearjelly"thumbsup"
