the pink rovers have been doing very well for me on the terrain we have, i'm quite happy with them, they seem very comparable to the white dot rovers on my XR, they have softer foams in them though.

aparently this radio is kinda good, so I traded in my old one and e-revo towards getting it and another RX, I hate having mutliple radios.... people always ask if they can use the one your not etc..... not cool.

anyway, I just finnished setting it up on my AX10 and my XR10 and I love it.

the SR3300T went in the XR10 since there is no room for it in my AX, and the SR3100 went in my XR, these RX's are HUGE (even the smaller one) compared to the ko-propo ones I was using, the fact that they can handle 9.6v is very comforting, my old ones could handle 7.4 so I was just plugging my BEC's right into them, I can do the same here and know it will be fine. (BEC's are set at 6.8v seemed like a good number to go with)

thanks, I did pick up another AX10 the other day I might part out, it has all black links, if I feel motivated i'll switch them, but these orange ones are cut in length to get the WB of my rig right, I don't think it looks THAT bad either though.

alright, kind of an update, my XR10 has been sucking alot of my focus, but I did do some work to my AX10 tonight. i've been crazy glueing the hub screws in before every trip since they are stripped out so bad, and in a bind the steering servo just rips them out anyway, so I finaly installed the beeftoobs (thanks gunnar/Kc_jones) the install was very quick and easy. and the axle feels deadly solid in my hands, can't wait to try it, i'm wanting a set of toobs for my rear axle now.

my buddy has a dig on his AX10, I wont do it, I don't think shafty's belong in 2.2 pro class, if you'r jsut farting around and have no interest in comp, go ahead and install a dig, but other then that I wouldn't bother, sportsman seems like a class everyone should run, its almost like a "stock" class for comps, doesn't require a ton of money to build a half decent sporty, and everyone has fun.

i'm looking forward to getting my new chassis and starting my build. I have pretty well everything else I need, and a couple other cheap items on the way, chassis will be ordered very shortly.

That my friend sounds like a plan. We could have an Ultimate adventure. Drive from place to place, show Fred all the spots we have here. Like a road trip, with a shit ton of stops. It will break up the day nice.

the funds for it should be in my paypal monday, and should be sent shortly after, a member on here has been nice enough to hold it for me.
